Parking

The Ebert Art Center parking lot is the designated parking area for guests with mobility impairments for Commencement on Monday, May 16. Courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available to transport individuals to the Commencement site.

Courtesy Carts

On Sunday, May 14, courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available following Baccalaureate until 2:30 p.m.On Monday, May 16, courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Ebert Art Center, Holden Hall, Lowry Center, Galpin-Taylor, and Wagner Hall parking lots to transport guests to Kauke Hall (or the Armington Physical Education Center, in case of rain). Courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available following Commencement until 2:30 p.m.

On Monday, May 15, courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Ebert Art Center, Holden Hall, Lowry Center, Galpin-Taylor, and Wagner Hall parking lots to transport guests to Kauke Hall (or the Armington Physical Education Center, in the case of rain). Courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available following Commencement until 2:30 p.m.

Seating

During Baccalaureate and the Commencement Concert on Sunday, May 14, reserved seating will be available for guests using wheelchairs on the main floor of McGaw Chapel, and ushers will be available to direct families to the appropriate section.

On Monday, May 15, individuals using wheelchairs can find comfortable seating in The Oak Grove. If Commencement is held in the Armington Physical Education Center due to inclement weather, spaces will be reserved for guests using wheelchairs, and ushers will be available to direct families to the appropriate section.
