Doug McGlumphy, Preparator/Collections Manager
Doug McGlumphy received his BA from Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, PA, and his MFA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA. He has been the preparator at the CWAM since 1999, and Preparator/Collections Manager since 2014. Additionally, McGlumphy is the Director of Washington and Jefferson's Olin Fine Art Gallery, where he also teaches design, drawing, and sculpture. He and his wife Jenn own and operate Hisrich Hills House Bed and Breakfast and ArtFarm, Stone Creek, OH.
Kitty McManus Zurko, Director and Curator
Kitty McManus Zurko has been the curator at The College of Wooster Art Museum (CWAM) since 1989, and director/curator since 2000. She received a BA in studio art from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and an MA in art history from Kent State University. She has curated over 80 exhibitions, three of which traveled nationally. Her curatorial projects include one-person exhibitions of the work of Ann Hamilton, Lorna Simpson, Alejandro Almanza Pereda, Shirin Neshat, Jim Campbell, and Hiraki Sawa. Group exhibitions organized by McManus Zurko included work by artists such as Alec Soth, Robyn O'Neil, Amy Cutler, Roxy Paine, David Nash, Marcel Dzama, Fall On Your Sword, and Hank Willis Thomas.
McManus Zurko played a pivotal role in the renovation and re-adaptation of The College of Wooster's Ebert Art Center, completed in 1997, and beginning in 2005, restructured the mission of the CWAM to more directly serve the curricular needs of the College. She participated in the first AAMG/Kellogg Leadership Seminar in 2012.
