This year we will craft a vision of our future and develop a multi-year plan for how to achieve our most important goals. Our purpose is to not only craft our strategic plan, but more so, to further develop an institutional culture of planning that encourages our strategic thinking and influences all of our decision making, resource allocation, and research and assessment efforts
