The Art Wall in the Main Lounge of Lowry Center may be used by Student Organizations, Academic or Administrative Departments that wish to display information pertaining to college activities and events, group/issue awareness-raining, department displays, and weekly theme displays.
Reservations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to the terms and conditions below.
How to reserve space on the Art Wall:
- Read the Lowry Center Art Wall policy (.pdf).
- Submit a Resource Request at least 10 days prior to Art Wall reservation.
- Complete the Lowry Center Art Wall Application (.pdf), including a draft of the display and turn it into the Student Activities Office in the lower level of Lowry Center ten (10) days prior.
- Install your display on Sunday after 12:00 p.m.!.
NOTE: Publicity materials are available for Student Organizations in the Student Activities Office in Lowry Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 pm.
