Program Coordinator

The College of Wooster, a national liberal arts institution located in northeast Ohio, invites applications for a live in Program Coordinator, Student Life position. Multiple positions are available.

The position will be responsible for assisting the Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students. Responsibilities which may include but not be limited to special events planning, supporting student needs, participating in the strategic initiatives of the Student Life Division, supervising RAs, working with student organizations, supporting efforts of Student Life venues and providing programmatic leadership and support.

Bachelor's degree required. The successful candidates will have excellent oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, independent problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience in higher education preferred. Successful candidates will have an interest and experience in one or more of the following areas (and include joint reporting lines): International, Multicultural, Latino/Hispanic, LBGTA&Q, and Sustainability.
