The campus mail service is centralized through a postal contract station. Correspondence to other students on campus or faculty and administrative departments are processed via the INNER CAMPUS mail slot in the post office wall. All mail addressed to students must have the full name and box number of the addressee.
Campus mailings of 25 or more pieces must be in numerical order. There is a minimum size requirement of 3 inches by 5 inches for all mail, and no food or flowers can be put in student mail boxes.
Services include stamps, money orders, registering first class mail, insuring, and mailing of parcels.
United Parcel Service will deliver packages for students to the mail room or the service building rather than to residence hall rooms. The College does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. When picking up packages, a student must have a valid I.D. along with the slip that is placed in their mailbox to present to the post office.
Before mailing packages overseas a student should check with the post office regarding cost effective packaging and mailing regulations of foreign countries.

When school is in session, the mail room is open on Saturdays and Sundays for student package pick-up from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. There are no counter or stamp services available on Saturdays or Sundays.
