EndNote is a commercial reference management software package, used to manage bibliographies and references when writing essays and articles. It is made by Thomson Scientific. The current version is EndNote X2 (12) for Windows and EndNote X1 (11) for Mac OS X.

Key server for software licensing is a colloquial or generic description that refers to a centralized computer software system which provides tokens, or keys, to client computers in order to enable licensed software to run on them.
Available for the following operating systems: Documentation:Maple is a general-purpose commercial mathematics software package. It was first developed in 1980 by the Symbolic Computation Group at the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Since 1988, it has been developed and sold commercially by Waterloo Maple Inc. (also known as Maplesoft), a Canadian company also based in Waterloo, Ontario. The current version is Maple 12 which was released in May 2008. Its main competitor is Mathematica.

Mathematica is a computer program used widely in scientific, engineering and mathematical fields. It is mainly known as a computer algebra system, but it has various other features for technical computing. It was originally conceived by Stephen Wolfram and developed by a team of mathematicians and programmers that he assembled and led. It is developed by Wolfram Research of Champaign, Illinois.

The Novell Client workstation software extends the capabilities of Linux and Windows desktops by providing access to NetWare and Open Enterprise Server (OES). Once installed on workstations, Novell Clients enable users to enjoy the full range of Novell services such as authentication via Novell eDirectory, network browsing and service resolution, and secure and reliable file system access—all delivered through industry-standard protocols. GroupWise is a cross-platform collaborative software product from Novell, Inc. offering e-mail, calendaring, instant messaging and document management.

Pharos is a network printing system that charges users when printing to a college-owned copier or printer. When printing is done, the Pharos system debits the user's COW Card or appropriate budget account for the cost of a print job.
Pharos Notify is an optional component that alerts the user when a job has successfully printed.

Sophos Anti-Virus is an anti-virus, anti-spyware and HIPS software program by Sophos plc, which is aimed primarily at corporate environments. Centralised management is performed via Sophos Enterprise Console or if using Small Business Solutions, Sophos Control Centre.

The SPSS license utility is used to update the license code (which officially expire yearly, often times more frequently) for the SPSS application used by various departments on campus. SPSS itself is a computer application used for statistical analysis and is only licensed for faculty, staff, and computer labs.

The Wooster "font" is simply the Wooster watermark, usually used in letterhead on documentation. The only character in the font is the letter W.
