Faculty Focus on Meagen Pollock at the Timken Science Library

Every faculty member was a student at one point, and each one of them has a unique path that led them to their field. What were some of the works that influenced our professors, directing them to the specialized scholarly fields they now work in? What books and articles changed their life and why?

Faculty Focus is a new series at Timken Science Library highlighting faculty by examining the works they decided were most important. This quarter, we’re focusing on Professor Meagen Pollock of the Earth Sciences department and why she studies Icelandic volcanoes.
