Responsible for providing the leadership and vision necessary to develop and oversee prudent fiscal strategies that assure the continued financial strength of the College, including short and long-range financial planning and analysis, budget modeling, facilities planning, human resources, risk management, and investment oversight. The vice president oversees budgeting, the business office, facilities and facilities planning, investments, grounds, purchasing, human resources, the bookstore, and food services.
Ingram retired in 2017 as vice president of administration and finance at Stockton University in Galloway, N.J, where he directed a division with more than 300 employees responsible for the university’s facilities operations, finance and business services, human resources, campus police, and auxiliary enterprises including food service and the bookstore. services, and associate vice president for financial services.
