2019-2020 Allocations Process

Timeline:

  • February 15th, 2019 - Cabinet Information DUE by noon
  • February 15th, 2019 - Spring Rosters DUE by noon
  • February 22nd, 2019 - Budget Proposals are DUE by noon

Each organization must have elected and submitted cabinet information (executive officers: president, treasurer, secretary, etc.) for the upcoming 2019-2020 year before the 2/15/19 deadline. Newly elected officers are responsible for the budget proposals and oversight for the upcoming year. This information must be submitted using the online form.

MANDATORY Budget Proposal Training 

February 5th through February 20th

Student Activities and the Campus Council Budget Committee will be conducting budget training sessions for ALL student organizations. Your group must have a minimum of one executive board member for the 19-20 academic year in attendance at any of the scheduled training session. The training sessions will cover how to create a budget, what information you will need to request a budget, as well as other parts of the allocation process.

All budget proposals are DUE by Friday 2/22 at noon.

Any budget requests received after the deadline will be penalized.
