Facilities

Athletics

Planning athletic activities for your attendees? The College has field spaces, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Classrooms

The College offers a variety of classroom and auditorium sizes and styles. Whether you’re looking for a classroom for 10 people or an event seating 1400, one of our academic buildings or auditoriums should have just what you need.

Campus Dining Service

Meals and catering are provided by the Campus Dining Services. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. Special dietary needs can be pre-arranged with Campus Dining Staff.

Campus Dining Services can also provide catering, including snacks, banquets, box lunches and served dinners. Arrangements can be made directly with Campus Dining Services.

Computer Labs

Computer labs are available at various locations around campus.

Outdoor Facilities

The College has many beautiful outdoor facilities like the Quad, the College Mall, the Kauke South Lawn and the Oak Grove. The Oak Grove is a beautiful landscape located north of Kauke-one of the most recognized buildings on campus. This is often the preferred location for wedding ceremonies on the campus.

Recreation Facilities

The College Underground (UG), located underneath Kittredge, is a perfect place to karaoke, dance, play games such as corn hole or pool, or simply hangout and listen to music.

Residence Halls

Campus Accommodations

Campus accommodations are available from mid May through the end of July. Guests stay in our residence hall. Most residence halls are in the traditional styles with community restrooms. Gault Manor and Luce Hall contain suites with air-conditioned accommodations and semi private bath.

Sleeping Rooms

Most sleeping rooms in the residence halls are double occupancy, although there are a limited number of single occupancy rooms. Each campus room includes a twin-size bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet for each occupant. We recommend that you provide your own sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket or bedspread, towels, washcloths and toiletry items. Please note that our twin beds take extra long fitted sheets.

Telecommunications

There are no phones in the sleeping rooms.

Wireless and Ethernet Internet access can be arranged through the Summer Conference Office in advance. All residence hall rooms are wired for internet access. Request internet access  (.doc). Please note that this access is only given to camp/conference directors and staff members.

Housekeeping

During a group’s stay, Residential Custodial Services provides service on a regular basis in common areas only (hall restrooms, hallways, stairways, lounges, kitchenettes, etc.). Custodial staff will not enter occupied sleeping rooms until check-out is complete, unless special arrangements are made in advance. Custodial staff normally clean occupied guest buildings between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., beginning mainly in public areas such as lounges, then completing restrooms and hallways.
