The Department of Chemistry has a wide array of state-of-the-art instrumentation valued at over $1.5 M. All instrumentation is intended for use by students in all labs and independent study.
The Department has recently acquired a new Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer, via a grant from the National Science Foundation totaling about $350,000. Read news article.
