A Special Note for Employees Covered Under The College’s CIGNA Health Insurance Plan

If you are an employee at The College of Wooster who is covered under the Cigna insurance plan, please know that Cigna covers out-of-pocket expenses for a covered COVID-19 diagnostic visit and testing with no customer cost share through the Public Health Emergency (PHE) period, currently scheduled to end on October 18, 2021. If you have gone out-of-network and received an unexpected bill for a COVID-19 diagnostic visit or test, Cigna’s COVID-19 Customer Protection Program (CPP) can help. Call the phone number on your ID card and an advocate will help resolve your billing issue.

Cigna is also waiving out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 FDA-authorized at-home specimen collection kits and other diagnostic tests. Order a COVID-19 at-home specimen collection kit.
