Lodging

All students spend one night on-campus for the ARCH program. If you are arriving on the College shuttle the night before your ARCH session, you'll spend two nights on campus.

The college generally does not provide lodging for families. Families may choose to stay in any one of the other local lodging options, including bed-and-breakfasts and national chains. If you believe that your student will receive a Pell Grant, please notify us, as we may be able to offer additional lodging options to help families attend ARCH.

Airport Transportation

If you are flying to your ARCH session and would like college transportation to and from campus, please plan to fly into either Akron/Canton Regional Airport (CAK) or the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). Carry-on luggage only, please.

The trip to and from either airport is approximately one hour, therefore, book flights accordingly as we cannot accommodate requests outside of the scheduled time. Use the chart below to plan your trip.

Please make sure to have your flight information before making your ARCH Transportation Request which is due June 1.

What if my flight is delayed?

If you plan to use The College of Wooster transportation and your flight arrives after the van/bus has left to return to Wooster, it is your responsibility to obtain alternate transportation to campus. Students are responsible for any expenses incurred. You'll receive appropriate emergency information when you reserve your space.

What if I'm taking the bus?

We offer bus station transportation from Cleveland for the ARCH 3 Session. Make sure to select this option on the ARCH Transportation Request.
