Central Storeroom
The storeroom supplies the various parts & equipment needed for the completion of work orders, custodial and paper supplies. We stock over 5000 different parts for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs. The storeroom also functions as the location for large parcel pickup for student deliveries
Construction Management
The Project Manager oversees a variety of campus projects from design and development to completion. We work closely with contractors and sub contractors to provide the best in higher education facilities.
Custodial Department
Custodial services provide a clean and safe environment for all students, faculty, and staff. Our team of 50+ custodians provide sanitization, bathroom paper supply replacement, and general cleaning services.
Environmental Health & Safety Department
The EH & S Department keeps us safe with new training, clear of any difficulties with current code restrictions, and is involved with the College Emergency Response Team.
MEP Trades
Trained and Certified Mechanical Technicians maintain all campus plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems across the 90+ campus buildings. They make sure all light switches and electrical outlets work, heat and (where available) air conditioning function sufficiently, monitor water supply and drainage to all sinks, showers, water fountains, etc.
Power Plant and Utilities Department
This team manages the electricity, steam and water needs to operate over 90 campus buildings.
Structural Trades
The Carpentry and General Maintenance Technicians handle all building envelope and structural components. From painting and repairing windows to installing screens and pressure washing buildings, this crew works diligently to keep all buildings structurally sound and in good repair.
Transportation Department
We transport with busses and shuttles that are operated by trained drivers. The Transportation Team Leader assists with transportation requests to various locations utilizing many different transportation options. For transportation requests, please call 330-263-2164.
Trucking and Material Handling
The Trucking Department assists with furniture moving, and performs a huge role in the moving of items in our large scale renovation projects. If you see tables and chairs being set up at a different location on campus, the trucking department is likely involved in making it happen.
