Room Condition Reports

When you check in at the beginning of the semester you will receive a room condition report (.pdf) to take note of any existing damages to your living space, and take an account of what items are or are not present in your room. (Find instructions to room condition report)

Should you live in a space where you have access to a common area or private restroom, you will receive a room condition report supplement (.pdf) in order to account for those additional spaces and items.

Students have 24 hours to submit their room condition report (and supplement where needed) in order to prevent damage billing upon move out. Students who fail to complete the required paperwork correctly and thoroughly upon move-in have a greater risk of being billed at the time of checkout.
