Wooster mourns passing of Kathleen Connor, retired circulation manager

Kathleen Connor, retired circulation manager at The College of Wooster, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025, in Bastrop, Texas at the age of 83.

After graduating from the University of Akron, Connor began her career at the College in 1982 and retired in 2007. She worked to make meaningful connections with students over her 27-year career, noting how much she learned from the diverse backgrounds students bring to campus. Connor helped the College community access a reliable and helpful library through her position as circulation manager. During the renovation of Andrews Library and the replacement of the existing card catalog and other manual library operations with a new integrated online electronic library system, she assisted faculty and staff to adjust to the new systems.
