West View Healthy Living, a senior living facility, requested a feasibility study to determine whether additional 55+ housing should be built and to develop suggestions for a pricing plan. The team consulted local competitors, similar facilities, and community leaders to assess the expected demand for the facility and the expected performance of a new pricing plan.
