
The Scots Under 10 Program is designed to highlight accomplishments and contributions to society by our most recent alumni from The College of Wooster. These emerging leaders, in their professions, their communities, and/or in service to the College, have demonstrated the graduate qualities as established by the faculty and have fulfilled Wooster’s mission.

Criteria
The criteria to be selected for the program is as below:
1. Graduated from The College of Wooster in the last 10 years (Class of 2016-2025)
2. Demonstrated the graduate qualities:
- Independent Thinking
- Integrative and Collaborative Inquiry
- Dynamic Understanding of the Liberal Arts
- Effective Communication
- Global Engagement
- Justice & Civic/Social Responsibility
3. Fulfilled Wooster’s mission as leaders of character and influence, and who are involved in the global community
Timeline
The timeline for the program is as below:
- Nominations open: September 19, 2025
- Nominations close: February 15, 2026
- Cohort selected: March 2026
- Cohort recognized: Homecoming & Family Weekend – Sept. 18-19, 2026
