Director of Human Resources Operations

Jenn Williams joined the College of Wooster Office of Human Resources in 2022. Jenn graduated from Western Michigan University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s in Public Administration. Jenn has worked in human resources for over a decade and has a background in accounting. Jenn has worked within the Great Lakes College Association for 13 years.

Jenn’s areas of interests include budgeting and HRIS. Outside of work Jenn likes to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends and read during her free time.
