Enrollment Deposit

Become a Scot! Log into to your student application portal to pay the non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit, which secures your place in the Class of 2028.

We encourage all students to submit the enrollment deposit before, or on, May 1 so we may provide important next steps about housing and course registration.

Make sure you use your email address and password created after you applied (parents – please don’t try to create an account separately). Or, you can mail a check payable to The College of Wooster. If all else fails, call our office so a staff member may assist you at 330-263-2322.

Scot Showcases

These visit programs designed exclusively for admitted students provide a two-day, in-depth experience of Wooster’s distinctive features. Enjoy tours of campus, time with current students, and the chance to interact with faculty and staff from a variety of offices across campus. Families can look forward to sessions designed specifically for them, including hearing directly from faculty, students, and other campus leaders.

Register for a Scot Showcase on March 28-29 or April 14-15.

Individual Campus Visit

Register for an individual weekday or weekend program visit using this link. All visitors must register in advance.

  • Individual Weekday Visit – Most weekday visits can provide an opportunity to observe a class, eat in the dining hall or meet with professors or coaches. Overnights are also available.
  • Scot Saturdays –  Interact with more than a dozen Wooster students as they lead an extended tour of campus.
  • Senior Sundays – These senior-only weekend events offer families the chance to tour campus and connect with current students on a convenient Sunday afternoon. April 7, April 21, or April 28.
