Climate Justice Guest Speaker: Marinel Ubaldo

Marinel Ubaldo is a Filipino climate activist and a youth leader in the global climate justice movement.  Her lecture is titled "Navigating Climate Migration: Understanding the Human Impact of Climate Change." A reception will follow her public presentation.

Marinel’s passion for climate justice and community engagement drives her to be an
instrumental force in creating positive change in the face of the climate crisis. Ultimately,
her overarching goal is to empower frontline communities worldwide, striving for a safer
and more sustainable future. She continues to share her story on the global platform,
shedding light on the realities of climate change while urging world leaders to uphold
their climate commitments, and encouraging action from the global community.
