Why Wooster
Wooster has a strong sense of community that I felt welcomed to as a prospective student, through four years of college, and now as a staff member. As a student I was also appreciative of the high standards students are held to, but even more, the resources provided to help every student succeed.
Advice for Applicants
This can be an overwhelming process, but know you are not alone! There are people here to help, whether that be an Admissions team, your high school counselor, a coach, or your parents/guardians. Also don’t be afraid to reach out and ask questions!
Favorite Wooster Tradition
Filling Kauke Arch with snow! Every first snowfall the campus comes together to pile snow into Kauke Hall’s archway in hopes of canceling classes. I love seeing our entire campus come together for this. From students to faculty and staff, even our bagpipers come out and play some tunes!
Favorite Place in Wooster
The Oak Grove is a wonderful place, especially in the summer when our students hang hammocks from all of the trees. Fun fact: Wooster has more trees than students!
Fun Fact About Me
I am one of the two co-founders of the Wooster Adoptee Student Union!
