Since joining The College of Wooster in 2022, Christie has drawn on over sixteen years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Workforce Development. She has a proven track record in employee relations, Learning and Development, and Talent Management, with a particular focus on fostering positive workplace cultures and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
