Katherine Miller supports the office of Human Resources as the Compensation and Benefits Manager. She graduated from Ashland University with a B.A. in Political Science and History with a minor in Political Economy and she is an Ashbrook Scholar alum. Her past working experience includes the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) and the Ashbrook Center at Ashland University. Katherine completed her MBA from Ashland University with a specialization in Human Resource Management, and is a proud member of the Delta Mu Delta international business honor society.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three cats, and enjoys needlework and running her small Etsy shop.
