Areas of Interest

My research focuses on using data to solve complex problems in both social and physical sciences. I am interested in solving problems to help make people happy and healthy and the world a better place to live. Because of this, I collaborate with experts in many disciplines, including psychology, chemistry, education, and veterinary medicine, to reach these problems.

Currently, I am working on designing data science programs that are effective, fun and motivate students to pursue data science programs and data science related careers. I am also building statistical software packages to help make visualizing data easier, among other things.
