Breaking the Silence: Queer Karaoke
Every year GLSEN holds a National Day of Silence event wherein students can choose not to speak for a day to bring awareness to LGBTQIA+ folks who have been silenced in one way or another. As a part of this, breaking that silence by discussing queer issues or celebrating queer joy is a tradition. Join SGI for Breaking the Silence: Queer Karaoke by coming and singing songs by your favorite queer artists or your favorite queer-themed music at the UG from 8-10:30 pm!
