Faculty/Staff Sustainable Cooking Class

The faculty/staff Sustainable Cooking Class will teach you how to make delicious plant-based meals, including homemade hummus and BBQ tofu pizza.  The class includes a light meal and participants will also leave with their own ingredients to make a meal at home.
