The Tri-County Honors Band and Scot Symphonic Band, under the direction of Nancy Ditmer, will present a concert on Sunday, Feb. 10, at 2:30 p.m., in McGaw Chapel (340 E. University St.) at The College of Wooster. Admission is free and open to the public.
