Nicosia Shakes, assistant professor of Africana Studies at The College of Wooster, will present “African Futures, American Legacies: An Africana Perspective on Marvel’s Black Panther and Luke Cage,” on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. in Lean Lecture Room of Wishart Hall (303 E.
