Patrick Carr to Deliver Stieglitz Memorial Lecture on Nov. 12
Patrick Carr, associate professor of sociology and director of the justice program at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, will present “Billy Clubs and Terry Stops: Minority Youth Experiences of Police” on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at The College of Wooster’s Stieglitz Memorial Lecture. The talk, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Lean Lecture Room of Wishart Hall (303 E. University St.).
