5-13-22: Campus Community Message

Dear Seniors and Colleagues,

As we prepare for commencement weekend, we wanted to provide a brief update on campus COVID status. This week we have had 51 reported positive COVID tests, 50 students and one employee. All are in isolation. Of the students, 13 are seniors.

This is a weekend of celebration, and our amazing commencement team is also working hard to make it safe. Masks are required indoors everywhere on campus, including for all indoor commencement events. The larger events are taking place in McGaw, where there is plenty of room to spread out, or outdoors. (Those speaking or presenting from the stage may remove their masks while presenting.)

We look forward very much to seeing you all this weekend, and to honoring the wonderful class of 2022.  My tremendous thanks to all who make this weekend possible.
