A calling together of the campus community
The College of Wooster will officially launch its 156th academic year with its annual Convocation ceremony on Aug. 21, 2025, at 11 a.m., celebrating the start of the new year and the final leg of the Wooster journey for members of the Class of 2026. The ceremony will take place in McGaw Chapel and will be live streamed.
The Convocation encompasses many of our convocation traditions, including seniors marching in their graduation robes as well as faculty processing in their own academic regalia.
