Submit Your Deposit

Fall 2025: Enrollment Deposit

Admitted students may submit their enrollment deposit on or before May 1. We encourage students who are ready to choose Wooster to submit their deposit so we may provide important next steps about housing and course registration, and we highly encourage international students to submit your deposit early so we can begin supporting your I-20 process beginning as soon as possible.

Become a Scot! Log into to your Admitted Student Portal to pay the non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit, which secures your place in the Class of 2029. Call our office at 330-263-2322 if we can be of help.

Fall 2025 admitted students: ARCH, Orientation, and Move-in Dates will be available later this spring.

On-Campus Connections

Scot Showcase Admitted Student Programs at Wooster

These visit programs designed exclusively for admitted students provide a two-day, in-depth experience of Wooster’s distinctive features. Enjoy tours of campus, time with current students, and the chance to interact with faculty and staff from a variety of offices across campus. Families can look forward to sessions designed specifically for them, including hearing directly from faculty, students, and other campus leaders.

Individual Campus Visit

Register for an individual weekday visit using this link. All visitors must register in advance.

  • Individual Weekday Visit – Most weekday visits can provide an opportunity to observe a class, eat in the dining hall or meet with professors or coaches.
  • Scot Saturdays – Interact with more than a dozen Wooster students as they lead an extended tour of campus. This program is ideal for first-time visitors for an introduction to Wooster.
  • Spring Open House, Friday, April 18 – Experience a spring day with Wooster’s spirited students and staff. Enjoy a tour of campus, a candid student panel discussion, a chance to observe class, and an optional admissions and financial aid information session.
Have you filled out your FAFSA?

The 2025-2026 FAFSA is now live. Our Financial Aid team is here to help you navigate recent changes to the FAFSA. To better understand these updates, please view our FAFSA Simplification page. Add Wooster to your FAFSA with the code 003037.

All domestic students pursuing financial aid will be required to complete the FAFSA, even if you have already completed the CSS Profile. To speak to a member of our Financial Aid Office, please call 330-263-2317 or email financialaid@wooster.edu.

Virtual Panels

Athletics at Wooster – Interested in pursuing athletics at Wooster? Join this virtual session led by Lynn Holleran, Director of Athletics and Physical Education, and a panel of Wooster student-athletes to learn more about what it takes to compete as a Fighting Scot.

Financing a Wooster Education – Engage with representatives from Admissions and Financial Aid to learn more about the value of a Wooster education, merit scholarships, and need-based financial aid opportunities for students eligible to submit the FAFSA

Day in the life of a Wooster Scot – “What do students do for fun? How is the food…or life in the res halls? What is there to do in the city of Wooster? Can I start my own club?” If these questions sound like your own, this session is your chance to hear from current students about the campus vibe and day-to-day life at Wooster.

The World Comes to Wooster – Join current international students as they share their experiences on campus and discuss topics such as the transition to college, academics, resources for international students and so much more!

Scot Parent Panel – Hear what parents of current Wooster students have to share about their experience with Wooster. This event is ideal for all parents and supporters of potential Future Scots!

Woo! For Wooster Week

Welcome: The Benefits of Research – Join us as we kick off Woo! for Wooster Week with a session that answers the questions: “What does mentored research mean, and why does it matter?”

Academic Support and Career Outcomes – During a student’s time at Wooster, they receive support to help them succeed in the classroom and the world beyond. Register below to learn more about how Wooster’s supportive education leads our graduates to thrive in their careers.

“A” for Academics – From our devoted faculty to our research-oriented approach to the liberal arts, join this session to hear more about how Wooster offers an elite education.

What Parents Want to Know – Learn more about how Wooster supports our students by joining this panel led by our partners across campus. Hear from leadership in offices key to the student experience to learn more about resources for your student.
