Kayla started at the College of Wooster in January of 2011, at age 21, and has assumed various roles across campus, having worked in Campus Dining, Service Center, and spent her longest tenure in the Dean of Students Office.

Kayla excitedly joined the CDEIO Team in January of 2020, bringing along her education, training, and adept campus work experience, to support and sustain the enhanced strategic efforts and initiatives of the CDEIO, in creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive College of Wooster Community through extensive work, and collaboration with students, staff, faculty, alumni, and the surrounding City of Wooster.

Kayla was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio. Home of the legendary Paul Brown, and the famous Massillon Tiger High-School Football team. Kayla naturally is an avid sports fan, and pizza expert, she has a deep passion for community service and helping others and is always looking to connect someone to resources. Kayla is also a Greek Advisor to the Zeta Phi Gamma sorority. She currently resides in Wooster, with her two daughters
