Why Wooster?

I am a proud College of Wooster alumna! I chose Wooster because I knew I wanted to study Chemistry, and I thought the Chemistry and Biology departments were far better than any other I had seen.

Advice for Applicants

Applying for college can be intimidating, but leaning on your resources can really help. I worked closely with my high-school counselor and my Wooster Admissions counselor when applying, and it made things much less stressful. Never be afraid to ask someone (especially us!) for help.

Favorite Wooster Tradition

The Culture Show! It’s an annual event where students come together to dance, sing, and perform a piece from their culture. I look forward to it every year, even as an alum; it’s truly one of our most high-energy and special traditions.

Favorite Place in Wooster

Sure House Coffee Roasting Co.—it’s a great study environment. You can motivate yourself to work on Independent Study all day because you can reward yourself with a cretzel (croissant-pretzel hybrid!).
