Ding Feng, class of 2016, graduated with a B.A. in international relations and continued his education at the Geneva Graduate Institute, where he later received a master’s in development studies. Ding currently serves as an emergency officer for the World Health Organization, but his determination to make a larger global impact began during his undergrad when he interned at the United Nations in China. Since graduating, Ding has worked to address complex and pressing health and refugee crises facing communities across the globe. From Lebanon and Ethiopia to Sudan and Afghanistan, Ding’s commitment to global health extends beyond borders as he continues to navigate the interdependent and interconnected world in which we live.

MeMe Goodwin, class of 2018, graduated with a B.A. in women’s, gender, and sexuality studies and is currently pursuing a master’s in liberal arts from Tulane University. President, Treasurer, and Teaching Fellow. MeMe thrived in these leadership roles here at the college and quickly found her passion for supporting student leadership initiatives at the Posse Foundation. Today, MeMe serves as the Assistant Director of Student Governance at Tulane, where she takes an integrative and collaborative approach by working directly alongside the 200 Posse students she oversees. Through her dynamic understanding of the Liberal Arts and student leadership, Meme is developing the future leaders of tomorrow.

When COVID hit and stadiums closed, Gabe took this as an opportunity to challenge himself and try something new. His goal? Post one picture every day. And so began his passion for capturing life’s precious moments. Now, as a Senior Manager of Social Media for Destination Cleveland, Gabe uses his talent to promote Cleveland. He communicates Cleveland’s unique cultures, communities, and traditions, through his photography, providing a glimpse into all that this amazing city has to offer.

Susannah Montgomery, class of 2015, received a B.A. in religious studies and sociology and went on to earn her master’s in arts policy and administration from The Ohio State University. As a business development manager at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology’s Culture & Creativity branch, Susannah uses art and technology to explore the various challenges facing today’s society. For example, Susannah created an exhibit that examined how the intersectionality of technology, communication, and media can influence politics and shape democracy. Throughout her career, Susannah has utilized her dynamic and interdisciplinary liberal arts education to create transformative art that takes a new approach to how we understand and address society’s most pressing issues.

Bailey continues to share that same passion with her students today. As an assistant professor of chemistry at Oberlin College, Bailey is dedicated to shaping students into future leaders. Her impact goes beyond the classroom. Working alongside students, Bailey challenges them to consider the broader impact chemistry has on society, specifically the environment.

Stephanie has traveled all over the world, from Serbia to Bosnia to Kosovo, igniting a passion to use her voice to cover human rights and identity politics. By immersing herself in the field, Stephanie has learned multiple languages and gained an authentic understanding of the cultures and communities she reports on. Today, Stephanie has shifted her focus to U.S. politics and is serving as a Senior Reporter at Freedom of the Press Foundation in New York City.

Patrick Mohorcic, class of 2018, graduated with a B.A. in political science and earned a master’s in public financial management from Cleveland State University. At Wooster, Patrick was a leader, an APEX Fellow, Tour Guide, and Captain of the Football Team. Now, Patrick is a leader for Lake County, Ohio where he leverages his roles as Executive Director of Lake Development Authority and City Councilman to drive business development and economic growth. Additionally, Patrick serves on the board of numerous non-profits that invest in leadership and workforce development programs. Through these initiatives, Patrick’s impact extends beyond economic development and invests directly in the people of Lake County.
