Rachel David is a certified health education specialist. She holds master’s degrees in clinical counseling and public health from Ashland University and the Ohio State University. Rachel has been working with college students since 2004 in several different capacities. Prior to coming to Wooster, she worked in the mental health field as a professional counselor and an academic counselor serving 1st-generation college students, students from limited-income backgrounds, and neurodiverse students. At the College of Wooster, Rachel works on population health initiatives and teaches students skills to manage their health and well-being. Additionally, Rachel is a registered yoga teacher and enjoys teaching yoga, mindfulness, and stress-management workshops. She is excited to bring her experience in health education to the College of Wooster community, and is looking forward to helping students become the healthiest version of themselves.
