Mentored Undergraduate Research
At Wooster, every student works one-on-one with a faculty mentor for one year as part of our top ranked Independent Study program to conceive, organize, and complete a significant piece of original research, scholarship, or creative expression. You will develop skills in critical analysis, project management, creativity and communication that are valued by employers and graduate schools alike.

Interdisciplinary Education
There are no waitlists for classes which means you have time to explore courses across the curriculum before you decide on your major area of study. Many Wooster students choose to add minors, pathways, or even a second major.
