Majors, pathways and where you’ll go after graduation

Chemistry, English, environmental studies, psychology, anthropology, history. You can find a STEM-focused majors and majors in the humanities in abundance at The College of Wooster.  Many of our students have plans to attend medical, dental, law, or graduate school after graduation and 96 percent of our graduates are employed or in graduate school within six months of receiving their bachelor’s degree from Wooster. Our students are prepared and successful when they apply to graduate programs and we know this because 91 percent of Wooster graduates are accepted into their top-choice graduate programs. Our admissions process is designed to see your performance as a student and your interests, not your test scores. SAT and ACT scores are optional for admission and test scores are not a factor determining merit scholarships. Athletics, student organizations and activities create a campus culture that is diverse and bustling

The College of Wooster is a Division 3 school and part of the North Coast Athletic Conference. With 23 varsity teams, the Fighting Scots have a robust program and a proud tradition of seeing scholar athletes succeed on and off the field. DIII athletics are hardly the only way to be active on campus. Our students are passionate about social justice, music and visual arts, theater and Greek life.
