WOOSTER, Ohio – Frank Knorr, who served The College of Wooster for 31 years in the offices of development and alumni relations prior to his retirement in 2005, passed away this morning after a brief illness.
A 1959 graduate of The College of Wooster, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, Knorr taught history and economics, and later served as an assistant superintendent and coordinator of professional personnel in Rochester, N.Y., area schools, before returning to Wooster in 1974 as director of alumni relations.
