The College of Wooster’s Scot Symphonic Band will perform its pre-tour home concert on Sunday, March 3, at 2:30 p.m. (340 East University Street). Conducted by Nancy Ditmer with associate conductor Ned Brooks, the band has entertained audiences nationwide during its annual spring tour since 1976.
