The second Great Decisions lecture will take place on Tuesday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m., in Gault Recital Hall of Scheide Music Center (525 E. University St.) with Alan Bersin presenting, “Border Lines and Global Flows: The Future of Border Management and Security Is Not What It Used to Be.” Bersin is a former Assistant Secretary for Policy and International Affairs and Chief Diplomatic Office in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (2012-17), and is currently a Senior Fellow of the Belfer Center at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. His lecture is part of a five-event series on Democracy, Trade, and Migration. Admission is free and open to the public.
