Our team collaborated with the Buckeye Book Fair to boost their operational efficiency and community engagement. We utilized technical innovation, product management, and strategic marketing while working closely with volunteers and industry experts. This project helped streamline event management, improve volunteer coordination and recruitment, and enhance digital platform engagement. We strengthened the Book Fair’s ability to host successful events and laid the groundwork for future projects.
