Is an at-home test kit acceptable? How do I submit the results?

Yes, at-home test kits are acceptable. If you complete a test with an online medical professional, they will provide you with the test results. If you complete a test that you do yourself, you can place your College ID next to the test result, take a photo, and submit that as your test result via the online test reporting form.
