Wooster welcomes new faculty to campus community this fall
The College of Wooster welcomes new faculty to a number of programs this fall, bringing new perspectives and academic innovation to the classroom. Included in the full list below are new tenure-track professors, a new learning engagement librarian, and visiting faculty across a range of disciplines.
“We are thrilled to be able to welcome these new faculty members to the Wooster community,” said Christa Craven, the interim dean for faculty development and professor of anthropology and women’s, gender & sexuality studies. “Together, this group brings an exciting mix of excellent teaching, innovative research, and a diverse array of personal and professional experiences and talents that will enrich campus life both in and outside the classroom!”
In addition to the traditional classroom setting, Wooster faculty work with students in several other capacities, including advising, mentored research, and collaboration throughout the year. New faculty participated in a new faculty orientation to encourage collaboration and transition into campus life as the school year gets underway.
