The College of Wooster Scot Marching Band and Pipe Band to perform Nov. 20

Scot Marching Band 2022

The College of Wooster Scot Marching Band and Pipe Band will perform in a combined concert on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 3 p.m. in McGaw Chapel (340 E. University Street). The performance will feature highlights from the bands’ fall season, including music performed at pregame, halftime, and in the stands in support of the Fighting Scots football team.

Ryan Kilgore, adjunct instructor of music at the College, is the director of the Scot Marching Band, and associate professor of music director of bands Jeffrey D. Gershman serves as assistant director. The band is led on the field and in concert by drum majors Andrew Seifert ’23 and Anna Puster ’25. The College of Wooster Pipe Band is directed by Palmer Shonk ’10 and Sean Lawry, with Glenna Van Dyke ’23 serving as pipe major and Bowen Ault ’25 as pipe sergeant.
