- Enrollment deposit deadline: December 15
- Virtual Spring ARCH: December 15*
- Spring move-in: Saturday, January 10, & Sunday, January 11
- International Student Orientation: Monday, January 12
- All New Student Orientation (international, transfer, and spring start): Tuesday, January 13
*Make up dates for ARCH will be available for students who deposit on December 15
Admitted students may submit their enrollment deposit on or before May 1. We encourage students who are ready to choose Wooster to submit their deposit so we may provide important next steps about housing and course registration, and we highly encourage international students to submit your deposit early so we can begin supporting your I-20 process as soon as possible.
Become a Scot! Log into to your Admitted Student Portal to pay the non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit, which secures your place in the Class of 2030. Call our office at 330-263-2322 if we can be of help.
The 2026-2027 FAFSA is now live. Our Financial Aid team is here to help you navigate the FAFSA. For full instructions on how to apply for financial aid at Wooster, click here. Add Wooster to your FAFSA with the code 003037.
All domestic students pursuing financial aid will be required to complete the FAFSA. Submit by our January 1 FAFSA Priority deadline to be the first to receive your financial aid award.
